Prolito doesn't accept general returns of online purchases. In case you receive a leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry for a refund or replacement. However, that request must be raised within 2–3 days of product delivery. The replacement product is dispatched as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team. Refunds take approximately 5–6 business days from the date of issue.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
No claims for return or replacement will be valid if made after 7 days of delivery.
No request for a refund, return, or replacement will be accepted if the product delivered matches the order and is not damaged.
Valid photo proof of the damaged product is mandatory for refund/replacement. Seal-broken products will be considered invalid.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
There may be natural oil separation on top of the jar as no stabilizer/preservative is used. Please stir well before use. The oil is natural peanut oil—no refund will be given for this.

A cancellation request will only be processed before the order is shipped.
